Romilly for Sale Turkey €17,500

This looks like a SPV. Does anyone know her builder or history?

      Hi Phil,
      I can be wrong, but looking at the transom of this Turkish Romilly I have the impression that it has not that wine-glas modell we know as Romilly-sailers/-builders.
      Publicising linesplans or the design of the structural arrangement on internet makes it possible to copy the plans to build more or less a kind of a Romilly.
      However, the frames – so the basic scantling sections – determine the real shape of the hull. And these sections are not publicised on internet.
      But as I said, I could be wrong. Still I have the feeling that the shape of this Turkish Romilly-hull is a little different from my own Romilly.
      Anyhow, the builder did a fine job and made a nice Levantine version of “Romilly” for a competative price.
      And for this reason there are more and more boatbuilders producing hulls and complete boats in Turkey.

      Perhaps whoever buys it would like to pay Ed the £300 fee for the plans.
